The answer is yes:  disorders can occur after a treatment for rashes, diarrhoea, hay fever.

The most typical example is of course that of a child complaining from asthma, which has appeared after a treatment for eczema using various pomades (cortisone, etc.). The various local treatments accelerate the chronic disease’s natural tendency (centripetal) to affect deeper parts of the organism.  The homeopathic treatment, as a contrary, induces a centrifugal impulse. The homeopathic medicine cures the asthma; the eczema reappears, but then disappears permanently.
