But then, what is Homeopathy?
Homeopathy has been discovered by a German physician, Samuel Hahnemann, in the 18th century. It defines a set of laws and methods to rationalise drug prescription. Hahnemann published the first edition of his work, The Organon of the Healing Art, in 1810, in which is defined what he has called the homeopathic method, that he opposes to ancient medicine, that he qualifies as allopathic as its basic principle is (still) based on the anti, the against. Homeopathy depends on four cardinal points. The practitioner must follow these points to obtain the best results :
1.The law of Similars (individualization)
2.Single dose (patient considered as a global entity).
3.Dynamised dose (dynamic origin of diseases).
4.Minimal dose (primary action of the drug and reaction of the vital force).
